This house has our office on the ground floor is an office that is used Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. So the best fit it someone who is out of the building around those hours (say off to your own office). This means we are not in your space, and you are not in our space. Of course you will be home the odd day, and if you have to work from home there is plenty of space to set up an office in the room.

This house has our office on the ground floor is an office that is used Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. As such we are going to be very selective about who we rent to and have a few ideas on how we want to prioritise applicants:
* Do you work Monday to Friday? The ideal applicant has a job that lines up with our work hours and days, so that no one is in the kitchen in pajamas during the day.
* Do you travel in to work? If not, are you able to work from your room because we ideally don't want the lounge or dining room filled up

This property is stunning, with excellent facilities and you'll be living with really fun and friendly people (more on this later). The building has 4 studio flats and 3 double rooms, so the main kitchen is shared by 3 bedrooms and the office. There is 1 bathroom to share between the 3 bedrooms.

The Office

We operate 50+ professional houseshares in Ealing and this specific property hosts our office in one of the ground floor reception rooms. That means Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm staff are in and about in the property. Having the office here does offer you certain benefits you wouldn't otherwise get:

The House

We are looking for a lovely person to come and live in this awesome house. The property boasts 3 bedrooms and 4 studio flats. The 3 bedrooms share 1 bathroom and there is also a separate downstairs WC. The living room has a super large sofa and a high quality 4K TV for movie nights. There is also a sit-in dining table which seats up to eight people and is great when the house gets together and plays board games. The kitchen is nice and spacious with two ovens, two fridge freezers, an island and lots of cupboard space, great for foodies or budding chefs. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and separate dryer. Finally the garden is massive and there is a BBQ and outside table.

The Room

Room 1 - This room is a spacious double, with a double bed with storage underneath, two bedsides, a desk and two wardrobes with mirrored doors. This is a shopaholics dream as there's lots of space to store stuff. On top of this there is still space in the room for you to bring your own desk or small sofa or more storage.

The facilities
-------------
The house has 3 bedrooms with 4 studios. The house boasts 5 bathrooms in total, they all have showers except the main bathroom which has a shower and a bath tub. This means you would be sharing the main bathroom with two others.

The facilities are very organised. We have ensured that each room has plenty of fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboard space (house boasts two massive American fridge/freezers). There is also a shoe cabinet/shoe rack in the entrance and from that point on wards the property becomes a shoeless house. (It really helps to keep the place tidy) All these spaces are labelled.

* Dinning table with six chairs (can seat 8)
* Sofa to seat six
* Island in kitchen (breakfast bar) with six stools/breakfast bar chairs
* Washing machine, Dryer, and Dishwasher (Room 5 & 6 in the loft have their own washing machine and dryer so you are only sharing the ground floor washing machine & dryer with 3 other people)
* Double sink in kitchen
* Insane garden
* Side access for bicycles

Bathing

The property boasts 1 main bathroom, a separate downstairs toilet, and then 4 studios with en-suite showers.

Cooking

Standard built-in oven and five hob units. There is a large extractor hood above the cooker and the house is furnished with pots, pans, cutlery etc... There is also a oven/grill microwave.

Laundry
-------
The house boasts a separate laundry room where there is a very good quality washing machine and dryer. Although we encourage everyone to hang up drying in their room to save money on electricity and be green and everything.

Parking
----------
On-street parking only! You will have to apply for a permit at a cost of £120 per year. We unfortunately need the drive way for the company vehicles. The parking restrictions on the road are Monday to Friday only.

Bicycles

There is storage at the side of the house, secure and water proof.

Garden, Patio, Braai (BBQ)

We love to braai (BBQ) and there is a braaier and outside chairs and stuff. We would braai everyday if it was sunny.
