Our housemate Bobby has moved onwards and upwards to bigger and better things. He has been a perfect fit for our home and now the search is on to find someone to fill his space. Ideally, the person we are looking for is as comfortable socialising as they are respecting each others needs for personal space. The flat itself is located in a quiet, residential street in Hamiltonhill, and the double room is available for single use, non-smokers only. Rent includes gas, electricity and fast, Virgin Media broadband. The room has a single wardrobe, desk and a double bed and mattress. Duvet, pillows, bedding and towels are provided. There is gas, central heating and double glazing. There is also free, on-street parking. Sharing with a gay couple, the maximum occupancy is three people. The flat is located within easy reach of a good range of local shopping, convenient for transport links, including Cowcaddens Subway, and a few minutes walk from the new Claypits Nature Reserve.
A deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent is required. Available from 8 January 2022
