I am relocating to the countryside in July and am helping my landlady find the perfect suitable woman to replace me - Students are welcome!

This incredible flat is situated on the 8th floor of Greenwich Heights with a balcony in the living room overlooking the whole of London. You can see the London Eye, the Shard, Canary Wharf etc. It's magical!

This spacious bright room has a very comfy double bed and bed board with two memory foam mattresses as well as two huge built in wardrobes with a light inside and a desk for work. There is also a large windowsill for your ornaments and photos plus teared shelves on the walls - Plus a massive mirror!

ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!!!!!

There are 2 toilet rooms and 1 bathroom/shower, a large open living room and kitchen with all the relevant necessities. We have a huge TV with FREE Netflix!!! There are also plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses plus pots and pans to use.

Just a reminder - Females only!! We take pride in the cleanliness of this flat and so we are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly tenant who is happy to enjoy movie nights and girly dinners. You're welcome to invite guests over for meals but just let the landlady know if anyone wishes to stay over.
To secure the room you will need to pay 2 weeks rent and then on the day you move in, you will pay another 2 weeks rent making the full deposit of 540(£135 x 4 weeks).
