Well appointed and fresh single bedroom in home within easy walking distance to University, Oxford Railway Station, Gloucester Green Bus Station and the City Centre. The location is ideal for someone using public transport, a bicycle or walking.

Our daughter is at university and we rent the room to cover her rental in turn.
One of us works from home (in the loft) and the other is at work during the week.

There are two bath/shower rooms in the house, with the smaller shower room directly adjacent to the available bedroom. The shower room adjacent the bedroom would be predominantly used by the tenant and we will use the other as a general rule.

We favour a post graduate student, someone doing a course or internship or alternatively someone working at the University or similar during the week requiring Monday to Friday accommodation. We would consider someone who needs the room over weekends or some weekends so can be flexible.

Water, electricity and heating included. Fresh bedding and towels will be provided on a two weekly basis and we are happy to run the vacuum cleaner through over the weekend when cleaning the house.

There is one resident cat but bedroom doors can be closed/locked to shut him out if or when needed.

The kitchen is shared and there is comfortable opportunity to eat in the kitchen or dining room, or relax in the lounge. The kitchen has access to the rear garden when weather allows.
