We are looking for a female flatmate to take over this double bedroom in the heart of Maida Vale! It's a nice quiet residential area, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Central London.
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, laundry machine and dishwasher), a nice size bathroom (with shower and bath) and good amount of shelf space. A large living room and a very large shared garden in the back.
It is a 7-8 minute walk to Maida Vale Tube Station and a 13-14 minute walk to Warwick Avenue. Two stops away from Paddington Station on the Bakerloo line and max. half an hour into Central London.
It is also located right in front of Paddington Recreation Ground (with a gym, a track field, etc.). The local neighbourhood and park is also full of dog owners, if you’re a dog person.
The room itself is perfect for students/young professionals, with a double bed, a wardrobe and a small balcony looking over the garden. Extra storage space is also available in the flat to use if needed. It is also the furthest room from the front door and the living room, so if you just want some time to yourself, it'll be perfect to retreat to.
You’d be moving into a flat with 2 females, one of them is a PhD student and the other works full time. Both are up for socialising, whether it’s just chilling in the evenings or going out, they’re both super friendly!
