My home was being sold, but my buyer has just pulled out of purchase, so I'm reviewing my options. Ideally I'd like to keep my property, but find a couple of nice, respectful, people to share with me initially. I plan to find somewhere else to move on to. and move out.

I currently have one small double room available - Available NOW!

The second, larger twin room likely to be available from 1/4/24 My current lodger has decided to stay for an additional month.

Currently I've moved into my lounge, which I am using as an office (counselling online), and bedroom, so isn't available as shared space at the moment/and for the short term.

My rooms are immaculate/homely/clean and uncluttered, with work/desk space.

> I keep a clean, tidy and quiet house and will welcome lodger/tenant who is looking for short term full-time or Mon - Fri accommodation, with similar standards please. .

Electric stove heater in the small double room and radiator in the twin room.

> Full use of kitchen/diner incl dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave etc and plenty of personal storage space in freezer and fridge and own cupboards.

> A little balcony to enjoy some outside space. (I look after the garden area on the ground floor as you enter the communal stairway, so the outside area is well cared for and full of colour in the summer).
I will arrange for this to be maintained once I move out.

I have two very friendly cats (Sugar & Spice). Sadly Spice is almost blind, so whilst we are in situ, we need lodgers who are pet friendly and considerate towards a cute cat who's become a little nervous. (They will become my camper, travelling cats!).

RE the VIDEO in the ad....
It was made last year, when my plan was to find tenants, move out and rent out my flat whilst I go travelling/spending time abroad... I have since thought I'd sold, but once again a buyer pulled out 21/3/24, so back to finding tenants.. so rather than remake the video, I hope this explains my up to date situation.
