A friendly and welcoming couple, one with memory problems and the other with mobility issues are seeking a Second Sharer with some day time availability for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

They would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking and sharing a few evening meals each week, help with light housework, taking bins out, gardening and helping with IT support. As well as some company maybe playing chess, doing a jigsaw puzzle, a crossword, going for a walk or just having a chat. This couple are interested in current affairs read The Times and the I and Classics. One used to be in broadcasting the other was a journalist.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom with ample storage and en-suite with bath, plus shared use of the home’s other facilities including the kitchen and garden. This is a large house with plenty of space, there is a Sharer already there but we are looking for a second sharer ideally with some day time availability.

The property is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Swiss Cottage and Belsize Park tubes. It is a 5 min walk to Primrose Hill.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of this couples’ interests. There will be two Sharers living in this house, so being a team player is important.
