Due to my beloved flatmate moving out in the second half of October, I'm looking for someone new to share a great flat in the vibrant Glasgow West End.

The flat:
The flat spans two floors of a traditional red sandstone building overlooking Wilton Street Gardens. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room with beautiful views of the gardens and a quirky, fully equipped kitchen.

The bedroom:
Your bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. You will have access to a spacious bathroom with shower over bath. This will be almost exclusively yours, except when there's guests (which is not very often, particularly in the current situation!)

About me:
I'm an Italian aerospace engineer working in renewable energy with two mischievous yet adorable young cats, Mr Holmes & Dr Watson. I try to be outside as much as I can: walking, jogging, playing tennis and football. At home I enjoy music, reading, cooking, playing board games and putting the world to rights over a gin tonic.

About you:
Ideally I'd be looking for another professional (including PhD / PostDoc), who would be respectful of our shared and individual spaces, and happy to socialise and talk about the world over the occasional glass of wine or beer after work. I'd have a strong preference for someone NOT working from home. Holmes & Watson are well looked after and you wouldn't be required to care for them, but it goes without saying that you'd be comfortable sharing the space with two four-legged detectives!
