We are currently looking to fill our 4th bedroom in our shared flat in the heart of Chelsea. You would be sharing with 3 women; Sara a cardiologist, Cass who works in marketing and Margot, a French teacher. We enjoy cooking, watching Netflix, and wine nights occasionally as well as some jigsaw puzzles or game nights (when in lockdown...)

We share the living room/dining room area. We aren't messy or super cleanly but we do have a weekly cleaner (included in cost of rent)

The flat is large (2 floors) with lots of windows and a small balcony off of the dining room. The main floor is our kitchen (with a dishwasher!), living room, dining room and small bathroom. The second floor is all 4 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

The room we are looking to fill is very quiet as it is at the end of the hall. It contains a double bed, a small bookshelf, a set of drawers and a closet. there is also storage space under the bed. We do have extra storage under our stairs as well if needed.

We are about a 10-15 minute walk from South Kensington station and a 10-15 walk from Sloane Square station. We also have a waitrose, marks and spencers, and Sainsbury local nearby. We are also just across Albert bridge from Battersea Park.

The rent is 715/month with all bills (and weekly cleaner) included. We do require a 5 week deposit as well.

**EDIT Due to a high demand of messages, we're narrowing our search a bit. We would ideally prefer someone who is currently working (not a student, sorry) and also ideally not working from home as one of us is already WFH and enjoys having the dining room/living room as office space in the day time.

It would also be preferred to do an in-person viewing instead of virtual just so we could have a bit more of a proper chat and see how well we get on.
