The flat has all mod-cons, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, oven, air fryer, coffee machine. Shared bathroom with a bath/shower.

It would suit a student or young professional looking to live outside of Cambridge, as Newmarket has excellent train and bus connections there. There is parking behind the house that is reserved for tenants/owners. I own a car for commuting and would be happy to liftshare.

The flat has Sky broadband (last checked, speed was 57.5Mbps download / 18.7 upload). Very consistent and no downtime so far, good for WFH, or Netflix, gaming etc.

Bills not included in the rent (these would be water, gas & electricity, council tax, internet - approx ~£130/month per flatmate).

About me: I have recently moved down from Scotland to England, and work for Illumina at Granta Park. I am relatively introverted and appreciate a quiet flatmate. I enjoy gaming and reading. Other than that, I am not complicated to live with. :)

Some weekends my partner may visit from Scotland, and other weekends I will be away visiting her.
