An older person with poor eyesight and reduced mobility, and another active elderly live-in friend, is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including cooking/help chopping ingredients, help with light household chores, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom and shared use of the bath/shower room, kitchen, garden and living space.

The property is conveniently located just 3 minutes’ walk from Newington Station (8 mins to Sittingbourne). There is parking available.

The person’s interests include friends, interesting conversation, listening to audio books and some TV programmes.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a practical, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
