We have a large double room available in our penthouse two bedroom, two bathroom flat in Bermondsey. We're an easy-going fun loving couple and are looking for another couple to live with who share similar interests.

The flat is bursting with character, lots of space and great for parties and big meals with friends. We also have a mezzanine just off the open plan living room which has been perfect for working from home.

It's in a prime location just a 10 minute walk to Bermondsey station or a 15 minute walk to London Bridge. We really love living here!

The flat is in a super safe and quiet gated community with access to a concierge service, underground parking, a communal garden and on-site gym and sauna. The rent is £1,300 per room excluding bills - £650 per person. Bills come to around £120ish each usually so £770 per person all in - it's amazing value for the space, location and on site facilities.

Our 18 month lease comes up for renewal in August 2022, hence the 7 month minimum stay and we're undecided whether we'll renew the lease or not yet - dependant on whether we find some great people to live with or not... but even if we don't, the new couple can renew the lease for another 18 months if they want.

Unfortunately the flat isn't accessible for some people as it's on the top floor and there is no lift :(
