A large double room will be available from 1 March though we can be flexible with dates. The tenancy is until 11 May in the first instance to cover the current contract, and there is the possibility of signing a 12 month contract from May.

We’re up on the 9th floor of Burnham Tower and the flat boasts great views of the city as it is South-facing.
Bills are not included in the rent and come to around £100 per month.

The room comes furnished with a double-bed, wardrobe and couch, and there is an option of a large table or smaller desk. There is also storage room in the flat.

A bit about the location: This is a fantastic area with plenty of green space nearby if that’s your thing. Primrose Hill is very close, with Hampstead Heath just under a half-hour walk. Finchley Road is nearby with lots of shops, restaurants, gyms, cinema etc. It’s a 5 minute walk to Swiss Cottage station (Jubilee line), 10-15 minute walk to either Chalk Farm or Belsize Park station for the Northern Line and the area is well connected for buses too.
