A friendly older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from the company and reassurance of someone living in their home. They would also appreciate a little practical help with some shopping, cooking a few meals each week, and help with light household chores and ad hoc errands.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished single bedroom with bathroom with separate shower (only shared occasionally).

The property is located in the beautiful Thames-side village of Bourne End, close to the M40 and with easy commutes into maidenhead, Reading and London. There are buses, and trains from the station which is ½ mile walk, but it may be easier for a car driver.

The person’s interests include reading the newspaper, listening to Radio 4, watching the news and some quiz programmes, and seeing friends.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
