A friendly, switched on older person is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from the company and reassurance of someone living in their home. They would also appreciate a little practical help with some shopping, cooking a few meals each week, and help with light household chores and ad hoc errands.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished single bedroom with ensuite bath and basin, the loo is separate (shared). There is a separate shower room which is shared. There is a garden and a terrace overlooking the garden. There is private parking.

The person’s interests include reading the newspaper, listening to Radio 4, watching the news and some quiz programmes, and seeing family and friends.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker, who is happy to help around the home.
