I'm looking for a quiet and tidy, no hassle kind of person to rent my spare room.

For £99 a week, all bills are included, just provide your own food and consumables. Clean and tidy house with modern kitchen and bathrooms. As long as you're quiet, clean and tidy, and keep yourself to yourself, there won't be a problem.

There are three friendly dogs living in the house. No smokers please. No additional pets. Get in touch if you want any more information.

The house is a 10/15 minute walk from Tipton or Dudley Port train stations. Parking isn't a problem and there are bus stops at the entrance to the estate. Tipton Leisure Centre is a short walk away.
