This is a 4 bedroom, long-established Postgrad house in a quiet residential Cul-de-Sac overlooking Belmont Park, a short walk from St Luke’s Campus and the town centre, a little farther but quite a manageable walk from the Streatham Campus.

The house was my own home for many years. It benefits from considerable insulation, has a high-efficiency Condensing boiler, and is a warm & cosy place.

Family neighbours, lots of Greenery - this is not a typical student house/area.

NOT a house for party animals, but perfect if you want a quiet, safe and friendly place to live.

I have had the great pleasure to welcome residents from all across the Globe over the last few decades, as well as from the UK.

We’re looking for Postgrads/mature students aged 23 and up, who are keen to find a quiet and companionable home with similarly minded folk.

Unusually, all our 4 current Residents are graduating this Summer, so we are looking to find four new residents. Everyone is involved in the process of choosing new residents, for, as you will I’m sure you agree, who you live with is as important as where you reside.

We don’t rush anyone, and everyone will be invited to get to know their potential fellow residents.

The house is Green orientated, keen to actively recycle, and all food waste is composted in the garden in supplied composters.

Secure bike storage.

You will have a double bedroom with a study area, Drawers, Hanging space, and share a comfortable Lounge [proper squashy sofas!], a large airy Kitchen and Dining Room with 2 cooking areas, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, freezer, etc, and a Sunny patio looking out over the Park.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath with a shower over, one with Shower Cubicle, both with Loo and Basin,

Friendly local landlord, excellent professional Tradesfolk back-up.

NOT a house for party animals, but perfect if you want a quiet, safe and friendly place to live.

Rent £529 per person per Calendar Month, including Fibre Broadband, + bills [generally quite low]
