Double room for single occupancy. We live on a quiet cobbled street close to the canal and a short walk from the city centre, it's very pretty. The house is on three floors and you would live on the top floor where there is another bedroom and a bathroom. The middle floor has a communal kitchen and large, bright living room / dining area. There is another living room bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.
It's a family home and a happy household, we keep the place clean and tidy and respect each others space but love to chat / eat together from time to time!
The room would suit a professional or a student. I am flexible regarding length of stay and ask for rent on a weekly basis.
I work as a musician.
