A good double bedroom for rent in a clean, sunny and homely Anniesland flat.

Although it is a 3-bedroom flat, I'll only be renting out the 1 room, of decent size and newly decorated. This means there is plenty of space in the flat for the 2 of us to move around.

A flat rate of £590 per month, which includes all bills.

The flat sits in a nice wee quiet area with the train a literal 5 minute walk away, and Morrison's superstore plus gym even closer.

Even in non-Covid times, I live a quiet, peaceful yet active life, so looking for somebody similar. The room is only available for the perfect flatmate as I don't see the point in living with somebody in close quarters unless you're going to get along famously.
