I'm looking for someone to take over the contract for my 3rd floor studio room at Dashwood Studios Student Accommodation in Elephant and Castle. The room features a small double bed, kitchenette, an en-suite with shower, underbed storage and large wardrobe.

- Located in central Elephant and Castle with many bus links to
the rest of the city

- Students only. Any kind of education. Close to LCC, KIng's College, LSE, anywhere close to the river. UCL only 25 mins on Northern Line.
