I am looking for someone interested in a short stay in my charming and bright studio flat in Central London.

I am away from 15 November for one month, with flexible exact dates (potential to go up to 6 weeks/2 months) and looking for someone who needs a place to stay during this time. Please get in touch if you are interested and we can discuss.

The flat is in a unique location, walking distance to Shoreditch, Angel, Clerkenwell, The City, and more, with fantastic transport links which include Barbican, Moorgate, Farringdon and Old Street nearby.

It's a secure building, separate kitchen and bathroom. Floor to ceiling window overlooking the Barbican, with it's arts venues, theatres, concert halls and cinemas.

Please note that this is for short term only, not a longer term contract. I can also only accept a single person, not a couple.

The price listed is for a months rent. Electricity and gas usage will be billed depending on usage and deducted from deposit, in the summer this is about £50. Other utilities are inclusive in the price.
