I am looking for a replacement of tenant of this ensuite as I plan to live with my friends. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for students at King’s College London (KCL) or the London School of Economics (LSE). It’s about a 30-minute walk to KCL’s Strand Campus or LSE, crossing the scenic Waterloo Bridge. If walking isn’t ideal, there are numerous bus routes nearby with direct services to these campuses. Waterloo Campus is just a 10-minute walk away.

Right outside the building, there’s a bus stop with the 63 route taking you directly to King’s Cross. The Southwark Station is just around the corner with access to the Jubilee Line, and Waterloo Station, offering more transport options, is less than a 10-minute walk.

The area is well-served by shops: Sainsbury’s, Pret, and Costa are right downstairs, with a Tesco, Tian Tian Supermarket, Waitrose, and Superdrug just a short walk away. A larger Sainsbury’s and another Chinese supermarket, Kikimiumiu, are within a 20-minute walk for more extensive shopping needs.

This is an all-female dormitory with five lovely roommates, all students at KCL and UCL and are friendly and easy to communicate with. The shared kitchen is kept clean, and the accommodation has weekly cleaning services. There’s also a common room where occasional events are held, but the space is generally quiet, making it perfect for studying. The staff are friendly, and maintenance requests are usually addressed the next day.
