I'm sad to leave this beautiful flat after 5 years (I'm moving in with my partner). My friend, who shares the flat with me, is also moving in with her partner so we're looking for two people to take over.

The landlord is fantastic and really helpful. I want to find the right people for him who will treat the flat well.

Stratford Westfield shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away on the tube, and Oxford Circus is less than 30 minutes away.

Nearby shops include a 24-hour Tesco and a Sainsbury's Local within a 10-minute walk.
