Hi! Our brilliant flat on Aristotle Road will be available from 04.09.22 for a group of 3 people. It is a lovely third floor flat (lots of natural light particularly in living area) in a Georgian terrace house with a balcony. 2 very good sized double bedrooms and one smaller double, we currently split the room rents to account for this but it is of course up to you how you do this when you move in. There is also surprisingly good storage space here.
The flat comes unfurnished, we may though be selling some of the furniture (including chests of drawers and kitchen table/chairs) for a small price.
We have absolutely loved living in this flat and are sure you will too, the location is also pretty much unbeatable!
The flat is initially available for 7 months (replacing me and my other two flatmates who need to move away) on our existing contract expiring April 2023. The estate agents are Marsh and Parsons. In April you would have the option of extending with our landlord, so this can essentially be treated as a 7 month break clause. Very happy to answer any other questions either online/mobile (see below) or at a viewing! We can also send extra pictures if desired and a video of the flat if it is difficult for you to come and see it.
Look forward to hearing from you :)
Further details: Council tax band D.
Monthly rent: £2,600 PCM (excluding bills)
