I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease on a Student studio apartment. To rent this property you must be a student in full time education. The Studio is fully furnished including a double bed, desk, a good size wardrobe, TV, Kitchen (with utensils etc) and a bathroom, with a laundry facility in the building. The rent is £215 a week, but it has been paid until the 13th of January and so would only need to be paid from then (though you can move in before January) in two more instalments.
