Looking for a student who is looking to find a place to stay over the summer, from the earliest date of the 20th of June to the 3rd of September, which is the move out date. You must stay for at least 6 weeks.

The accomodation is lcoated right in the centre of Bristol, a short walk away from the University of Bristol, harbourside and many other landmarks.

The accomodation is partially furnished, with desks and chairs and a single desk lamp. The building itself has common areas with multiples TVs, a PS4, a breakfast area which provides free breakfast from on weekdays, a gym, kitchen and study space. There are also bin rooms and shared laundry spaces. There is 24/7 reception and security is good as well.

More details can be found on the Vita Student website, with Bristol (Zed Alley) as the location.

*Before moving in:*

You will need to sign a tenancy takeover form which essentially transfers my contract to you. You must pay rent for the entire duration, and I would prefer if the rent was paid in a single sum directly to me, as it is allowed by Vita Student. However, payment method can be negotiated later. For any further enquiries, please do contact me on Whatsapp.

The price is negotiable.
