- 200£ for all the bills and common items that I will take care of ( including toilet paper, kitchen roll, soad, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, or kitchen stuff like aluminium foil etc etc)

About me:
Hi. My name is Gosia. I'm a working adult looking for someone to share my flat with as life is so expensive these day. I would say I am pretty quiet and work quite a bit.
I am rather clean, not obsessive, but I tend to vaccume very regularly because of cat hair, so you wont have to worry about that too much.

I own a cat, so you wil have to be ok with that.
She is very low maintenance, gourgous bengal lady, and the softiest and silkiest thing you can touch. Very chill, does not destroy anything, strict bedtime at 10pm and sleeps all night so no night zoomies to wake you up. She is toilet trained, so no litter at home :) The only thing you will receive from her is occasional sit on the lap or together nap!

About the tenant preferences:

I would prefer a female presenting flatmate.
Preferably young working adult as well, but I am ok with a student too.
Would value someone settled and clean who likes animals.
