I am currently on a year abroad and looking for someone to take over my room for the summer . This will run from July until September. It is a very lovely room in a three bed flat with plenty of space . It has a wardrobe and a study table . It is only a two minute walk from the Aberdeen sports village , a 5 mins walk from Tesco , about 10 or 15mins walk to the beach and the Lidl down the road . It is located in a lovely neighbourhood with a gated car park . It is currently occupied by two other females and only females will be accepted
