One or Two large double rooms in our family house, suitable for female students, who likes cats & dogs.

Each double room is £750 a month (no deposit required) which includes all bills. You can take one or both rooms. The bathroom would mainly be shared with the other student only, but we all use the large kitchen.

The house is a 6 minute bus ride away from the University of Bath or a 20 minute walk. About a 10 minute walk in to the centre of Bath.
(Bath Spa University is a 45 minute bus ride away).

We are David (64) & Jenny (61), Ethan(30), Melissa (26) & Lucy (22).

We love food & cooking and chatting around the kitchen table, which tends to be the centre of our household. We're not the tidiest of people - there's always better things to do.

David & Jenny work from home; Ethan & Melissa live & work in London, but come to visit from time to time; Lucy has just graduated and is currently living with us. We also have a Cat Dante.

We've had students living with us for over ten years and it has worked out really well.
We are looking for female, animal friendly students for at least 9 months.
