Hiya! Looking for another girl to rent a lovely double room in the B14 area of Birmingham. The house has a relaxed and cozy vibe, and is now ready for someone else to call it home.

A bit about me - I'm 26, am pretty friendly and easygoing 😊 I keep the house clean and I have a great group of girls in Brum already. We do things all the time like game nights, gigs, etc. so if you'd be interested you're more than welcome to join in. I also occasionally pet-sit so it would be ideal if you like animals!

The room has been freshly painted and decorated with new carpeting. It has a bed already, and can be further furnished with desk, wardrobe, etc. depending on if you would prefer to bring your own things or not. Netflix, Wi-fi and broadband are also all included. Additional bills are usually £100 - £150 per month depending on usage.

The house is on a nice road near King's Heath high street. There are also great transport links to the City Centre - the number 3 bus stop is only around the corner and Yardley Wood Train Station is just a short walk away.
