Hello. I'm eddy. I am seeking 2 housemates. I am a live in landlord so the room is suitable for anyone who is seeking to be a lodger. I am a working professional and sometimes will stop overnight somewhere for work. I am clean, lgbtq+ friendly and sociable.

Street parking is available and the property is located in the B24 area of birmingham.

The property has a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine. I'm a clean introvert so would like clean and respectful housemates also.

The property is located 2 minute walk from the erdington high street which has local shops such as Tesco Express, Domino’s pizza, B&M, various shops, cafes, pubs, Iceland, Herons Food etc. There are good parks for walks too, such as Rookery Park and Sutton Park.

There are very good transport links. Both Gravelly Hill train station and Erdington train station are a 15 min walk and take approximately 15 mins to get into new street station. The m6 junction 6 is a 5 min drive away and the number 11c takes you on the outer ring of birmingham and includes the town centre bus routes too. There are also retail parks which are ten min drive away.

The kitchen, dining room, garden and bathroom are all shared areas. The garden also contains a large pond and a small pond for wildlife. There is a vegetable patch, so if you have green fingers and want to grow your own veg, you can do so.

Bills are included however if the electric car charger is needed, this will need to be agreed separately.
