I have a large double room to rent in a lovely modern 3 bedroom house, in a quiet residential area.

The room comes fully furnished with lots of storage space.

The house has a modern fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom with a power shower and a separate toilet.

It is very well maintained and has very good central heating. There is a nice sized garden and lots of parking to the rear of the property.

The local shops and bus stops are both within a short walking distance and it is a very quick journey to get to the town centre.

The room is £400 a month which includes Wifi and Council Tax. The gas and electricity are not included and need to be topped up separately by key meter.

The other tenant and myself are both friendly and respectful housemates so this makes the house a very lovely peaceful environment to live in.
