We are looking for someone to rent our spare room. It is our family home and we have a very chilled household. We laugh and enjoy spending time together so our new tenant will be very welcome here. We have an excitable dog called Charlie so tenants will need to like dogs. The room is on the ground floor with a lovely bay window and king size bed. You will be sharing the downstairs bathroom with our daughter as the rest of us use the upstairs bathroom.
