Double Room
The room is ground-floor and front-facing. The shower room, kitchen/diner, and the other lodger’s room are on the first floor.
Shared Spaces
You’ll share the kitchen/dining room, large shower room/WC, and additional WC with one other lodger.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 brand new fridge freezers! 1 each! A small oven, new double tower air fryer and an induction hob.
The lodger accommodation, including the kitchen and shower room, is separate from my living space. You’ll also have access to the garden during the day, as well as a gated side entrance with a bench.
Household Atmosphere
I’m looking for someone creative, thoughtful, and independent—someone who appreciates a lovely home and a good balance of privacy and friendly company.
We’re a quiet but friendly household. We enjoy the occasional shared meal, a game of cards, or the odd night out. There’s also a great live music venue nearby.
My lodgers tend to stay long term, which I take as a compliment! 😊
About the Household
I’m a young 60-year-old who enjoys live music, festivals, paddleboarding, hiking, and getting away in my camper at weekends.
My flatmate is male, 54, creative and mindful.
Location
There’s easy access to the beach, town centre, railway station, coaches, buses, and local shops.
Pet Policy
Animals are very welcome here. 🐶🐱
We’re big animal lovers, and I occasionally dog-sit. The person moving on has lived here for two years with her dog, who regularly pops downstairs to sit with me—especially when her owner is out! 😂
