I am subletting my bright, spacious double room in Kemptown. From 28.06 until the beginning of September.
It has two windows, a double bed, a couple of wardrobes. One window looks to East Brighton, the other to Kemptown and the sea.
Furnished room, including mattress, pillow, and duvet. Bedding and towels can be arranged.
It’s a wonderful two-story house with a huge garden (which has recently been cleared out) and a yard. Busy and responsible housemates, all young professionals. The property manager, Claudio, lives in the house and will make sure everything goes as planned. There is also a playful and well-behaved dog, Chapo, an American bully. No other pets allowed.
There’s parking space in the street with residence permit, next street by racecourse free of charge.
Some of my stuff will be left in the room, properly stored and packed for your convenience. There will be plenty of space.
£700/month all included with fast WiFi, electricity, water, and council tax, as well as biweekly cleaning service.
