The house is shared with a friendly me (34 years old female), and an 8-year-old child (who is all day at school, then parks, and sleeps at 10) and an outdoor cat.

I would prefer to share with a female, but couples are also welcome.

House is kept clean, tidy and peaceful.
Minumum one rent please, maximum is up to you.
