🏡 Room Available in Our Arty, Cosy,
Brighton Home — Cat Lovers a must.

Hi there.

My name is Ellie. We’re currently looking for a new housemate to help fill our lovely home just behind London Road in central Brighton.

🏠 The House

Our place is warm, cosy, and quiet, with loads of personality and artwork throughout.
• Large open-plan living room and kitchen/diner — great for cooking, relaxing, or hanging out.
• Huge loft for extra storage.
• Private garden (rare for central Brighton!) — perfect for summer BBQs or a morning coffee.
• Smoke- and vape-free home — I’d like to keep it that way.
• Super Friendly cat who loves cuddles — so you’ll need to be a genuine cat lover ❤️

🚿 The Bathroom
• Power shower with amazing water pressure.
• Lots of bathroom storage.
• Space for multiple bikes — no need to lock up outside!

🍳 Kitchen / Dining / Living
• Brand new Samsung washing machine.
• Gas hob (great if you love to cook).
• Plenty of storage space.
• Extendable dining table that seats up to 8 — ideal for dinner parties or board game nights!
• Virgin 200Mb internet, Now TV & Disney+ included.

🎨 The Vibe

Easy going and creative, social and polite. We love a chilled but sociable home. Expect plenty of board games, good food, and the occasional glass of wine or cup of tea around the table. It’s a super arty, character-filled house that really stands out.

🛏 The Room:

• Large double room. Completely unfurnished.
• Approx size : 14ft x 11ft.
Decorated only a year ago.

📍 The Area
• Tucked away on a quiet one-way street just behind London Road.
• 3 supermarkets, plus countless cafés, takeaways, pubs, and restaurants within minutes.
• Brighton Station – 7 min walk.
• Main bus stop – 3 min walk, with routes to anywhere in town.

If this sounds like your kind of place, I’d love to meet you in person and show you around.
Drop me a message and tell me a bit about yourself!

Ellie & Jade.
