Sophie and Juan here looking for our new flatmate :))

Our current flatmate is sadly moving out and so we have a double room available in our lovely 3 bed flat from 29th July (can be a bit flexible).

We have really made this house a home and would love to find someone likeminded to move in with us. We enjoy a cosy night in either cooking, crafting or watching a movie, as well as going to the pub and to comedy shows. We also love a flat outing to the beach / Hove lawns or wandering round the charity shops.

The bedroom is unfurnished but the communal areas are furnished. There are also two bathrooms.
