I'm going away for three months to South America and I would like to sublet my room during that time.

The room is quite big and comes fully furnished due to the short-term nature of this let. I'll make space in the cupboard and drawers for you and declutter so you can still feel home. I'm very happy to chat to you about space and accommodate to your needs.

The house is very well located, only 2mn from Stokes Croft, 5 minutes from Cabot Circus and about 25mn walk from Bristol Uni.

You'll be sharing the space with Christoff (he/him, 35, musician and teaching assistant), Beth (she/they, 27, musician) and T (they/them, 30, musician). Despite the house being filled with musicians, both Beth and T have their own studio so don't worry about late night music playing. The house is generally pretty quiet, with occasional dinners organised. It's definitely not a party house.

Price wise, the rent is £500, and approx £130 for bills (includes a cleaner 2x months). Offering it £600 all-in with the condition that you look after my plants and give them some love (which should be fairly low-maintenance during winter).
