I am moving out of my room on Chesterfield Rd, St Andrews, and am looking for someone to replace me. Bedroom is a good size and furnished with a bed (with a good mattress), large wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. We have a cosy communal kitchen/sitting room and there are two bathrooms between four of us which is super nice.

This is a student let, and we’re looking for a postgrad or mature undergrad as you will be moving in with two PhD students and a mature undergrad, all friendly and relaxed. Good location for either UoB or UWE (the UWE Frenchay <-> city centre bus stop is literally right outside our house! 10 mins walk from Gloucester rd, 5 mins from pretty St Andrews park. And there is space in the hall to store a bike!
