I'm looking for a lodger to share my 2-bed house from August onward.

Rent is £750 pm including bills.

The house is a newly renovated Victorian terrace in BS5, right by Dundridge Park and near Troopers Hill. Conham River Park is also short walk away. It's a great spot if you like being outdoors, and it's an easy 10–15 minute cycle down to Temple Meads via the river path. Church Road and Hanham High Street are both quite close by too. I absolutely love being here!

The room is ready to move into and comes fully furnished (ill be adding a chest of drawers which you cant see in the photos). Both the bathroom and kitchen are pretty much brand new too

I've lived in Bristol for around 10 years and love making the most of the city and getting outdoors. I'm into cycling, bouldering, cooking, cultural events, and catching up with friends.

I'm initially looking for someone for an initial 3 month stay, with the potential for longer if it's a good fit.
