About the room:

A spacious, L-shaped double room with Ensuite, three large windows for plenty of light and great view from the back window out towards Wick. The room currently contains a double bed and an Emma mattress. This is a loft conversion and it feels like its own cozy space.

About the house:
4-bed semi detached in a lovely area close to Hanham high street and connections into Bristol. The road outside is quiet with plenty of off road parking. We have side access to the house with a large garden and decking area out back. Recently renovated living room (with log burner) and a modern open plan kitchen/ dining area with solid wood counter tops and double doors opening out to our decking.

About us:
We are Katy and Pete. Katy works remotely for a charity and Pete runs his own business in Bath. We are both very relaxed by nature and value a clean and tidy space. We also have Bear, our 4 yr old Labrador who is very well trained. Katy works from home during the day and Pete is out most mornings and evenings.

About the tenant:
Our prospective tenant would need to be ok living with a dog. This tenancy would ideally suit a working professional.
