The M1 Metrobus stop is at the top of the road, giving easy access towards Bristol city centre. The A4 Air Decker stop is opposite for straightforward airport connections.

There is also a fortnightly cleaner for the whole property. This is the only additional household cost and is shared between the housemates.

A bit about me

I’m Dan, 35, and work in the medical device sector, travelling around the UK providing equipment to hospitals.

I’m relaxed, considerate and sociable, but I also really value having a calm home and respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

Outside work I’m usually trying Bristol’s restaurants (I’m a much better eater than cook!), heading to the pub for a quiz, going to live music, playing board games/gaming or getting out for a game of padel.

I’m looking for someone who wants somewhere that genuinely feels like home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
