Hi! I'm looking to rent out my spare double room in Brislington, right by Arnos Court Park.

The room overlooks the park, so it gets plenty of natural light and has a lovely green outlook. It's currently furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and I'm happy to add additional furniture if needed.

The flat is a two-bedroom maisonette with a shared kitchen, living area and bathroom, and there is on-street parking available.

The location is great for commuting. Temple Meads is about a 10-minute cycle, 15-minute drive, or around a 30-minute walk away, making it ideal for someone working in Bristol during the week.

There are also plenty of local amenities within less than a 10-minute walk, including a gym, Sainsbury's, M&S, Lidl, and a few other useful shops.

I'm looking for a Monday to Friday lodger, so the room would suit someone who needs a comfortable base in Bristol during the working week.

You'd be living with just me. I'm 34 and work as an ecology consultant, splitting my time between home and the office in Bath. During the week I'm often out in the evenings at the gym, swimming or seeing friends, so the flat is generally quite calm and relaxed.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
