Large double bedroom in a modern 2-bed flat available in Cilfton Village. Amazing location: very near Clifton Suspension Bridge and The Downs, 10-min walk to Whiteladies rd. Bills tend to be around £200 a month, council tax band C.

I am sadly moving out of this great flat due to a work move. Ideal move-in date is the week of October 19th to 25th. I will be paying rent up to the 26th but moving out around the 17th/18th.

The room is large and unfurnished (I can maybe leave one or two pieces of furniture if you’d like to buy them off me such as the desk, but I will be taking the bed at least).

You’ll be living with my good mate Charlie, we have happily lived together for 3 years, both clean and tidy people. Charlie enjoys cooking, running/gym/playing sports, odd trip to the pub.
