We are offering short or long term double bedrooms in our lovely home, available for immediate occupancy.
We would love to find someone who is working or studying full time outside of the home although WFH one day per week is ok.
This weekly price includes all bills.
Our home is equipped with spacious and bright, large and well-equipped kitchen/dining room large sitting room and two lovely clean bathrooms that are shared (between 2 people only). We also have a large south facing garden with seating and gorgeous views.
Our rooms are available on a rolling weekly basis, with all bills included for £250 per week. There is ample parking on the street free of charge on weekends and evenings after 5pm. Bedding can be provided if required.
We ask our lodgers to refrain from having friends over However, for the right person can be flexible once we get to know you and offer you the chance to have a friend to stay for the weekend on occasion. We are a fun creative household and we do have fun sharing drinks and food at week ends however we keep it quiet from approx 10pm-7am during the week :)
We are hoping for someone sociable who also enjoys their own space as well as a good chat, a glass of wine and shared meal occasionally. We like to batch cook once per week hope this will work for you also. We can be flexible about this but have found it creates a more relaxing home for everyone.
Our home is very conveniently located just a short walk from the city centre, less than 15 minutes away. You'll also find a variety of transport routes, wonderful cafes, bars and shops on Stokes Croft just a few minutes walk from our house.
