I'm Cara, age 36, and I'm looking for a lovely new lodger / housemate for my 3-bed home in Refield. I live here with my other lodger, Jess, 31 and my rescue dog, Atti (age 3!)

The room available is on the ground floor and it comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There is space for a desk, instruments, plants, or whatever you want to bring to make it your own 😁

The shared spaces are a big open plan living room-kitchen-dining area, a sunny back garden, and the bathroom. You are welcome to use the whole space and make yourself at home.

We live in Redfield, 5 mins walking from shops and cafes Church Road, 5 mins from Lawrence Hill Station, and 30 mins walking to Temple Meads.

I work from home 2 or 3 days per week and Jess works fully from home but travels a lot for work. I'm a vegetarian so I'd love to find someone who's not going to cook too much meat in the house, and also who will pitch in to make this place home.

The rent is £700 pcm which includes all the bills. It's available from 04 August but there may be a bit of flexibility.
