Based in Saint George (20 min walk to the high street and 10 mins to Hanham) and although there is no parking, there’s always tons of room in the street.

Photos attached and completely refurbished 3 years ago, including a new bathroom, kitchen and boiler. It's a two bed place with a shared bathroom. The room that is free is facing towards the front and there are photos of it (the one with the beige walls). There's tons of storage in the loft and under the stairs, as well as a fairly large cupboard in the room.

I'm looking to rent long term as I live abroad. Broadband and council tax included but you'd have to cover gas and electric and water with Henna, who's living there at the moment. Here's a bit of info on her:

The house is already in great shape and we look after it properly – just looking for someone who’d like to keep that going while we make it a happy place we both want to come home to
