We’ve recently refurbished our home to a high standard and have a lovely spare room available with a wardrobe, drawer and work desk.
I’m a single parent with two friendly kids (11 & 14), so it’s a warm, easygoing home rather than a party house.
We’re in a peaceful part of Redland, just a short walk from Gloucester Road with all its great cafés, shops and Bristol buzz.
The weekly rent includes all bills and cleaning. There’s also the option to get a residents’ parking permit if you have a car. The bathroom is shared with only one other person.
