Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the end of August as I am relocating.

It’s a great flat with high ceilings and loads of light across the whole property. We’ve furnished the living spaces and kitchen ourselves over the last year to a high standard.

There is plenty of storage space through the property.

The photos show the room currently furnished as I’m still living here. There is currently a king size bed in the room for reference.

You’d be living with two other lovely flatmates - Harris and Issi. They work full time in the office Monday-Friday and tend to be around in the evenings.

Energy, Wi-Fi, and council tax are additional which we currently split between us.
